Information on the free trial, including how to start, what is included, is a credit card required, and are there any limitations.

The  membership pass includes a 14-day free trial with no strings attached.

With the  14-day trial, you get unrestricted access to our exclusive Christian video library.

If you love our content (and we hope you do!), you can easily upgrade to a paid membership once your trial ends.

As your free trial nears its end, you’ll receive an email notification a few days before expiration and another once the trial has ended.

You can easily renew or choose a paid membership by visiting your Membership Account page at any time.

Note: You must log in to your account to upgrade to the desired membership.

Billing and Payments

Questions related to payment management, billing issues, payment methods, subscriptions, and account payments.

Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal Express Checkout. You can use any major credit card or your PayPal account to pay for your membership.

If you need to change your payment method, please update it directly within your PayPal account.

NOTE: We do not personally store nor have access to any of your personal credit card data.

To update your payment information, please log in to your PayPal account.

Navigate to the “Payment Methods” section, where you can add or update your credit card or bank account details.

Any changes will be reflected in your future transactions on our website.

You can view your transaction history with us via the Membership Orders page, which you can access via the account menu.

However, for the full picture of your transaction history, you will want to log into your PayPal account.

Once there, go to the “Activity” section to see details of all recent transactions, including those made on our website.

You will receive a confirmation email and receipt from us, but Paypal will send you an official receipt, since they are who processes your payment.

PayPal will always send you a receipt for each and every transaction made through our website.

You can access transaction details by logging into your PayPal account.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you suspect a fraudulent charge or unauthorized use of your credit card information, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue you a full refund.

Additionally, we recommend contacting your credit card company to cancel your current card and request a new one to prevent any further unauthorized transactions here or elsewhere.

Membership and Account Management

How to cancel or renew your membership, activate and reactivate your account, manage it, and more.

Your “Membership Account” page includes just about everything you need to fully manage your account.

You can access this and other account information using the “🔓Account” drop-down located on the navigation menu once logged in.

Note: You must log in to your account to upgrade to a desired membership.

Renewing your membership is simple and straightforward.

Log in to your account and navigate to your “Membership Account” page.

On the Membership Account page, click the “Renew” link located under the “My Memberships” section.

Review and agree to the terms of service, then click the PayPal checkout button to complete the renewal process.

To cancel your membership, log in to your account and navigate to the “Membership Account” page.

Under the “My Memberships” section, click on the “Cancel” link and follow the prompts.

After cancelling your membership, your access will remain active only until the end of your current billing period.

Also, PayPal will no longer process any further payments, and your recurring billing will cease.

If you run into problems with the cancellation process, feel free to reach out to our support team.

You can easily change the email address used to log into your account using the “Membership Account” page.

Under the “My Account” section, simply click on “Edit Profile” and update your email to the new one.

There are several methods for changing your password, each suited to different scenarios.

#1. You still know your existing password and can log in to your account.

If this is the case, simply change your password using the “Membership Account” page.

Under the “My Account” section, click on “Change Password” and update to the new one on the next page.

You’ll be asked for your old password, the new one, and confirmation of the new password.

#2. You’ve forgotten your password and cannot log in to your account.

If you don’t remember your password and need to change it, you can do so on the “Login” page by clicking the “Lost Password” link below the form.

Alternatively, you can access the “Lost Password” page by clicking the “Login” button ( ) in the navigation and then selecting the “Lost Password” link.

Content Access

Information on how to use God’s Echo, access and use the video library, including troubleshooting access issues, and more.

This issue can arise for several reasons, all of which are straightforward to resolve.

#1. The number one cause of this is that you have not yet confirmed your email after signing up.

If this is the case, clicking on most pages will automatically redirect you back to the “Membership Account” page.

To resolve this, visit the “My Memberships” section on the account page and look for a “Resend Confirmation Email” link.

After you click that link, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you signed up with. Click the link within the email once received.

NOTE: Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

#2. The second most common cause is that your membership may have expired due to a failed credit card payment or other related issues.

If this is the case, visit your “Membership Account” page page and look at the “My Memberships” section.

If you do have a membership and it’s expired, click the “Renew” button and follow the prompts that come next.

If you do not have a membership, click the “Choose a membership level” link and on the next page click the “Select” button next to a membership.

If you are unable to log in to your account, it’s usually because of one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Password:

One of the most common reasons for login issues is using the wrong password or being temporarily locked out due to multiple failed attempts.

Reset Password: If you think you might have forgotten your password, use the “Lost Password” link on the Login page to reset it.

Temporary Lockout:

If you’re locked out due to too many failed login attempts, wait 30 minutes before trying again.

Persistent Issues:

If you continue to experience login problems after resetting your password and waiting, try resetting your password again to avoid further lockouts.

If you still can’t log in and need assistance, please don’t hesitate to send us a message.

Refunds and Cancellation

Our refund policy and how can you request a refund, what happens if you cancel your membership, etc.

GodsEcho.TV has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offer new members an unconditional 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

If within 14 days, you are not fully satisfied, simply contact us and we will refund your purchase price. Full payment will be refunded to you and any future recurring payments will be stopped.

Please note, that no refunds will be granted after 14 days from the initial purchase. Also, a refund request will cancel your membership and remove your access to all member features, effective immediately.

If you suspect a fraudulent charge or unauthorized use of your credit card information, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund.

Refunds can be requested by contacting our support team with your transaction details. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund.

If you cancel your membership using the “Cancel” link within the “Membership Account” page, or end your subscription directly at Paypal, your membership access will conclude at the end of your current membership period.

Canceling your membership means Paypal will no longer bill you (your recurring payments will end). If you want to use our service in the future, you will need to sign up again.

Please note, your account (username and email) will still remain active on GodsEcho.TV, but it will no longer have an active membership attached to it.

If you want to sign up again at a future date, simply log in to that same account and attach a new membership to it. No need to sign up again from scratch.
