Accounts
When you create an account with us (subscription, membership, customer, etc.), you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on GodsEcho.TV.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access GodsEcho.TV and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with us or a third-party.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Refund Policy
GodsEcho.TV has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offer new customers an unconditional 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on any products, services or subscriptions/memberships.
If within 14 days, you are not fully satisfied, simply contact us and we will refund your purchase price. Full payment will be refunded to you and any future recurring payments will be stopped.
Please note, that no refunds will be granted after 14 days from the initial purchase date of each product, service or subscription/membership. Also, a refund request will cancel your membership and remove your access to all member features, effective immediately.
NOTE: The 14-day guarantee applies exclusively to new customers.
If you suspect a fraudulent charge or unauthorized use of your credit card information, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund.
By purchasing any product, service or subscription/membership on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Chargebacks
Membership holders and anyone else who has purchased a product or service from us should contact us first regarding requests for refunds or to inquire about unrecognized charges before issuing a chargeback request with their bank.
We reserve our right to dispute chargebacks if the charge is not fraudulent and no communication from the License holder is evident.
Cancellations
Any member of GodsEcho.TV can cancel a membership or subscription service with us at any time. Below are the steps to complete a membership cancellation:
- Log in to your membership account.
- From your Membership Account, click the link to “Cancel”.
- The following screen will ask you to confirm the cancellation.
- After you confirm, your previous subscription payment will be cancelled and your account will be set to expire at the end of your pre-paid term. If you did not have an active subscription, membership and access will be cancelled immediately.
- If you are entitled to a refund, we will contact you via email regarding our refund process.
If you’re having problems canceling your own membership, please use our contact form and request a cancellation of your membership/subscription.
If you’re a paying member/subscriber, any future recurring payments scheduled will be cancelled and no further payments will occur on your credit card. If for some reason they do, please contact us immediately.
NOTE: Some subscription/membership data (your email, name, etc.) is not deleted upon cancellation, unless requested by you specifically. Your login will also remain active on GodsEcho.TV, but you will only have limited access (public areas) to the site. No credit card or finance data is ever stored with us.
To regain the same or similar access to GodsEcho.TV, that you had previously to canceling your prior membership, you will need to purchase a new subscription plan. Please note, subscriptions are subject to change, so features and price might differ from your prior subscription/membership.
All members (paid or free) can also cancel a membership or subscription and further request that we delete their account completely. Just send us a message and request we delete your account and all data. NOTE: Once your entire account is deleted, it is not reversible.
Online Communication
When you become a member of GodsEcho.TV, you give us permission to send you relevant messages and documents online.
By giving us permission for online communication through your registration, you agree to allow us to send you our e-mail newsletter and other communications electronically.
You can, at any time, unsubscribe from this service via the link included in every message.
